She said she was locked out of her back door — she had been working in the garden and the neighbor locked her out when she went to put some fungicide on the plants. She stated that she tricked her neighbor and was not really locked out, but still wanted the incident logged.
A report of suspicious activity at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday at Jersey and Shepard streets. A caller reported a man wearing a t-shirt, shorts and glasses was hiding in the bushes watching a girl working out. He had reportedly been in the bushes behind the tree for about 10 minutes. Police reported that the man was watching his daughter work out.
