LYNN - The annual tree lighting ceremony took place at City Hall Square in Lynn Tuesday evening.

A performance by the Lynn Classical High School chorus enchanted the crowd, while a special visit by Santa Claus delighted youngsters. Refreshments were served in the City Hall foyer.
The Daily Item, All Care Hospice and Mayor Edward J. Clancy Jr sponsored the event.
