LYNN – A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday on firearms changes after shots were fired outside of 111 Grant St. in the Highlands.No one was wounded in the shooting, police said.Lynn Police Lt. Dave Brown said Lynn Police conducted an investigation with the State Police Special Tactical Operations Team, which led to a search warrant at 58 Rand St.?Due to the seriousness of the incident, shots fired, and the strong possibility that another suspect could be at that location, with firearms, their assistance was requested,” Brown said.Brown said no additional arrests has been made as of late Thursday night, but the investigation is still ongoing, he said.There was a very active police presence on scene, Brown said. Several cruisers were dispatched.
