Stephen Hutchings, of 136 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant charge of larceny at 6:27 p.m. on Sunday.

Alicia Lavallee, 30, of 150 Captains Row, Chelsea, was arrested and charged with larceny at 11:14 a.m. on Monday.

Complaints

A caller reported an unwanted person, described as wearing all black clothing, carrying a backpack and a jug of iced tea, opened their storm door and then left the area at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Vandalism

A caller reported vandalism to his motor vehicle due to his tires being slashed at 27 Shore Drive at 6:08 p.m. on Saturday.

Complaints

A caller reported seeing a male and a female sitting in a parked vehicle with it running for more than two hours, an officer spoke to the passengers who explained they were waiting for Kane’s Donuts to open and accidentally fell asleep, at 120 Lincoln Ave. at 5:39 a.m. on Saturday.

A caller reported a male flooded the bathroom and refused to leave afterwards at Northside Donuts Inc., 86 Broadway, at 6:19 p.m. on Saturday.

A caller reported that a male in a vehicle pulled into the parking lot at 50 mph and almost hit their vehicle, then the male caused a disturbance inside the location due to being in distress over the loss of his pet snake, peace restored and his wife came to retrieve him, at PetSmart, 358 Broadway, at 10:37 a.m. on Sunday.

Arrest

Victor Gonzalez, 30, was arrested and charged with failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license at 5:21 p.m. on Sunday.
