Arrests

Jonathan Lara-Arias, 43, of Willow Street, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. Thursday on a charge of trespassing.

Edgar Rodriguez, 43, of Warren Street, Peabody, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. Thursday on warrant charges of larceny over $1,200, breaking and entering daytime for a felony, and larceny under $250 by false pretense.

Stephen Sarnie, 62, of Forest Avenue, Everett, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Thursday on a warrant arrest.

Alexis Bingham, 28, of Willow Street, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. Thursday on a charge of possession of a Class E drug, subsequent offense.

Donna Davis-Camp, 55, of Willow Street, was arrested at 9:42 p.m. Thursday on a charge of trespassing.

Derek Smith, 54, of Newhall Street, was arrested at 11:00 p.m. Thursday on charges of trespassing, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a Class E drug.

Philip Barrows, 62, of no listed address, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. Thursday on charges of trespassing and distribution of a Class B drug.

Amy Gould, 42, of Willow Street, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. Thursday on charges of trespassing and possession of a Class B drug.

James Legault, 36, of Chestnut Street, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. Thursday on a charge of trespassing.

Richard Winchell, 26, of Jubilee Drive, Peabody, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Thursday on a charge of trespassing.

Mysti Gray, 33, of Adams Street, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Thursday on a charge of trespassing.

Ciara Scott Augusto, 26, of no listed address, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Thursday on a charge of trespassing.

Barbara Volis, 46, of no listed address, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Thursday on a charge of sexual conduct for a fee.

LYNNFIELD

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 5:22 p.m. Thursday on Essex Street. Accidental/defective alarm; a report at 8:42 p.m. on Salem Street. Services rendered.

Animal Complaints

A report of an animal complaint at 9:47 p.m. Thursday on Main Street at Heritage Lane. It was stated that a raccoon was struck by a vehicle but was believed to be alive. Animal control was unable to be reached. Animal was deceased, and a message was left for animal control to pick up the raccoon in the morning.

A report of a burglar alarm at 4:02 p.m. Thursday at Spectrum Health Systems on Broadway. Building appears to be secure; a report at 9:29 p.m. at AT&T on Broadway. Building appears to be secure. 

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 9:33 a.m. Thursday on Loring Road. ACO McCullough reported writing a citation. Citation issued; a report at 1:07 p.m. at Snyder Machine Shop on Walnut Street. ACO McCullough received an email from Red Dog Pet Resort regarding a canine-on-canine bite. Services rendered. 

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 12:02 a.m. Thursday on Newcomb Avenue. Caller reported hearing screaming in the area. Area check performed. 

DPW Complaint

A report of a DPW complaint at 8:56 a.m. Thursday on Central Street at Elm Street. Officer reported water flowing at the intersection. DPW notified. 

Found Property

A walk-in report of found property at 5:33 a.m. Thursday on Aubrun Street. A citizen walked into the front lobby and returned a wallet he found in front of Richdale’s. Services rendered. 

Hazardous Conditions

A report of a hazardous condition at 5:08 p.m. Thursday on the Salem Turnpike. Mass. State Police reported a mattress in the roadway. Mass. Highway notified; a report of a hazardous condition at 9:26 p.m. at the UPS Store on Broadway. Multiple callers reported a mattress on the road. Mass. Highway notified.

Motor Vehicles

A report of larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:28 p.m. Thursday at Cliftondale Liquors on Essex Street. Caller reported his vehicle was stolen while he went into the store. The vehicle was running but the owner had keys in hand. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:03 p.m. Thursday at the Mobile Mart on Broadway. Caller reported a minor accident through a Spanish-speaking interpreter. Report taken; a report at 6:06 p.m. at Kowloon on Broadway. Caller reported a two-vehicle accident. One child was on board, and no injuries were reported. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 4:12 p.m. Thursday on Walnut Street. Citation issued; a report at 5:44 p.m. on Main Street at Newhall Street. Verbal warning; a report at 6:30 p.m. on Ballard Street. Arrest of a 17-and-over male; a report at 9:58 p.m. on Central Street at Lincoln Avenue. Verbal warning.   

Person in Street/Hazard

A report of a person in the street/hazard at 12:33 p.m. Thursday at Dunkin’ on Broadway. Officer reported a party stuck in the median. Services rendered. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 2:13 a.m. Thursday on Main Street. Caller reported a scratching noise coming from the garage and believed someone might be trying to steal a motor vehicle. Investigated; a report at 6:13 p.m. at Army Barracks on Broadway. Caller reported seeing a male walking into the store, carrying what appeared to be an airsoft gun and a pistol. The man was dressed in all black and wearing a black cap. The man refused to identify himself to police other than his first name. The store is familiar with him, and everything he was carrying was just airsoft guns.

Reports of area checks at 11:46 a.m. Thursday on Railroad Avenue, 4:46 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 7:08 p.m. on Humphrey Street, 9:17 p.m. on Bates Road, 9:21 p.m. on Windshaw Road, 9:51 p.m. on Duncan Terrace, and 10:05 p.m. on Doherty Circle. 

Disturbances

Reports of a disturbance at 9 a.m. Thursday on Humphrey Street. A party was fishing and almost hit someone while casting their line, at which point an argument broke out; a report at 9:37 p.m. on Burrill Street and Essex Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at Atlantic Avenue and Beach Bluff Avenue.  

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 1:07 a.m. Thursday on Humphrey Street and Phillips Avenue, 9:25 a.m. on Salem Street, and 11:04 a.m. on Andrew Road and Paradise Road.
