Paid content on Itemlive will always carry a disclosure to our readers to ensure they know they are clicking on paid content before they read it. No paid advertising or sponsored content is present on any user account management or e-commerce pages on Itemlive.
Advertisements
Display advertising on Itemlive will have the word “Advertisement” above every position where an ad appears. Native advertisements will have either “Paid post” or “Advertisement” above where those ads appear.
Political advertisements
All political advertisements must be paid for in full before the beginning of the advertising run. Such advertisements cannot be discounted.
Sponsored Content
Itemlive’s editorial and newsroom staff are not involved in the production of Sponsored Content. For content submitted by an advertiser, sponsored content will always be disclosed by having “Sponsored” or Sponsored Content” prominently displayed where it is present.
