SALEM – A Lynn man who police say they caught trafficking cocaine and heroin in the High Rock section of Lynn has been indicted by an Essex County grand jury.Celestino Martinez-Reyes, 38, of 13 Johnson Terrace, #1, is charged with trafficking over 100 grams of cocaine and trafficking over 14 grams of heroin – crimes that will net him a minimum mandatory 15 years in prison.About 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 18, uniformed officers on patrol pulled Martinez-Reyes over in his Honda Accord for failing to signal as he turned onto Rockaway Street.Officers became suspicious when Martinez-Reyes could not stop shaking when he turned over his license. They also observed 12 air fresheners in the car.A further search of the vehicle revealed a quarter-pound of cocaine and almost three-quarters of an ounce of heroin hidden under the console, according to reports. Two cell phones and a heat sealer were also confiscated.Assistant District Attorney Michael J. Sheehan has been assigned to prosecute the case. The indictments handed up last Friday now move the case from Lynn District Court to Superior Court where Martinez-Reyes will be re-arraigned within a few weeks.
