LYNN-Police arrested Yamil Cruz, 30, who is homeless, on several charges including breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, after he led Lynn cops on a foot chase through several backyards around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. Cruz allegedly ran on Smith Street and Silsbee Street, among others, before climbing onto the roof of a home at 50 Baldwin St. He was eventually arrested on Green Street.
