BOSTON ? A Lynn man has been charged with shooting another man in Dorchester early Sunday morning while riding his bicycle, Boston police said.Otelino Goncalves, 21, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in connection with the shooting at the intersection of Bowdoin and Tovar streets shortly after 1:30 a.m.Responding officers reported witnesses saying a man, wearing a gray sweat suit and riding a bicycle, shot the victim on the street corner, police said.Police said they went to the hospital, where they spoke with the victim who identified the suspect out of a photo line up.
