Several local communities schedule upcoming flu vaccination clinics

Swampscott has scheduled three flu vaccination clinics. The first clinic will be held at Congregation Shirat Hayam, 55 Atlantic Ave., on Tuesday, Oct. 30 from 9 a.m. until noon. On Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 6-8 p.m. a second clinic will be held at the Senior Center and the third clinic has been scheduled on Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. until noon at Congregation Shirat Hayam. The clinics are open to all town residents over the age of 18 and those participating should bring their insurance card.The Marblehead Board of Health has scheduled three community flu clinics. Residents are asked to bring insurance cards with them to the clinics.Clinics will be Thursday, Nov. 1 from 9-11 a.m. at the Marblehead Community Center, 10 Humphrey St.; Thursday, Nov. 29 from 9-11 a.m. at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2005, 321 West Shore Drive; Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 5-7 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center, 4 Community Road. All three clinics are for residents 18 and older.Nahant has scheduled flu vaccination clinics at Nahant Town Hall on Monday, Nov. 5 and Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 5-7 p.m. The clinic is open to all town residents and those participating should bring their insurance card.
