LYNNFIELD – A Peabody woman was injured after her Toyota flipped over on Route 1 southbound in the Lynnfield Tunnel shortly after 6:30 p.m. Monday.The 27-year-old driver was transported by ambulance to Mass. General Hospital in Boston, according to State Police. The woman’s full identity was not released.Lynnfield police said the accident occurred in the right lane of the southbound side.Further details of the accident were not available last night. -Dan O’Brien
