LYNN-A Lynn man was ordered held on $15,000 cash bail Thursday on charges stemming from the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl.William Lora, 45, of 17 West Baltimore St. #22, was arrested on a warrant Thursday morning and charged with rape of a child and indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.Judge Michael Lauranzano ordered Lora to stay away from the victim and have no contact with her.The abuse allegedly occurred between September and November of this year.Lauranzano set Lora’s bail and ordered him back to Lynn District Court on Dec. 18 at 8:30 a.m.
