PEABODY-A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle causing serious head trauma in Peabody Square shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday.The victim was identified as a man in his mid 40s.The accident occurred at the intersection of Lowell and Central streets, in front of Peabody District Court.The victim was reportedly hit while the vehicle was traveling between 25 and 30 mph.No arrests were made last night, but it was still unclear as of press time if the unidentified driver would face any charges.nDan O’Brien
