Police seek help identifying armed robbery suspects

LYNN-Lynn Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three men suspected of armed robbery late last month in the area of 133 Chatham St.Police on Monday released surveillance video that shows three Hispanic males running away after robbing and beating a 41-year-old Lynn man as he walked down Chatham Street. To view the video, please visit https://newitemlive.wpengine.com/video/robbery.txtThe man was beaten about the face as one of the suspects displayed a large knife and stole the victim’s money, police said.The first suspect is described as 6 feet tall, clean-shaven with a thin build and black hair. He is 15-20 years old and was wearing a black running suit with white stripes down the arms and legs and multi-colored shoulders.The second suspect is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, clean-shaven with a thin build and black, afro-style hair. He was wearing a red shirt with black lettering on the sleeve, blue jeans and white sneakers.The third suspect is also described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, clean-shaven with a medium build. He is 15-20 years old and was wearing a black knit cap, a green sweatshirt with a white logo on the front, blue jeans and sneakers.At the time of the incident on Oct. 23, a search of the area did not locate any suspects. The incident remains under investigation by Detectives Stephen Pohle and Thomas Mulvey of the Lynn Police Criminal Investigation Division.
