LYNN-Lynn resident Roni Boyles, director of corporate communications for Coldwell Banker in Swampscott, helped raise $140,000 in conjunction with sales associates and the company?s charitable arm, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, for three Massachusetts housing related charities.The funds will benefit Homestart, Inc., The Home for Little Wanderers and the Women?s Lunch Place.Recognized for their hard work, Boyles joined other contributors at the Spirit of Home awards gala and fundraiser held at the Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston.?I would like to personally thank the members of the Swampscott and Lynn communities and the sales associates who helped make this event such a wonderful success,” Boyles said. “We could not have raised this incredible amount if it wasn?t for their compassion and dedication.”Boyles served on the gala?s committee and raised funds and sold tickets throughout the community.According to Coldwell Banker, 88 percent of sales associates at the residential brokerage office in Swampscott contributed a portion of their sales commissions and paychecks to the cares foundation.Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, said Boyles and other sales associates involved represent the best of Coldwell Banker.?I am extremely proud of Roni and all of the sales associates in our Swampscott office that worked so hard to make this fundraising event such a successful one,” he said. “Their dedication and commitment to giving back to those in need is what truly makes our organization so dynamic.”
