REVERE – Police hinted that a road rage incident Saturday outside Gasco on Broadway led to the arrests of three Lynn men and a fourth man for weapons and disorderly conduct charges.Artur Gasanberkov, 24, Nurmagomed Magomedov, 22 and Murshid Nurmagomedov, 20, all of 46 Lewis St., Lynn and Ruslan Karkachov, 21, of Westbrook, Maine, were all arrested after the 12:30 p.m. incident.According to Revere Police Capt. Michael Murphy, a pedestrian called 911 after being accosted by the men outside the gas station at 520 Broadway.The pedestrian said he was walking near the gas station when a car driven by one of the men “nearly struck him” and he subsequently yelled at the driver, Murphy said.It was unclear if the pedestrian was walking on the street or the sidewalk at the time, according to Murphy.After the man yelled at the driver, the car stopped and all four of the men got out, police said.”All four occupants surrounded him and accosted him,” Murphy said. “One man reached into his pocket as to reach for a weapon.”After one of the men allegedly reached for that weapon, which turned out to be a hunting knife, the victim ran into the gas station and called 911, police said.Police identified the man holding the knife as Magomedov.Officers searched the vehicle and found a second knife and a pellet gun in the center console of the vehicle, police said.All four men were charged with disorderly conduct and carrying a dangerous weapon. Magomedov was additionally charged with assault by means of a dangerous weapon for allegedly threatening the victim with the knife, police said.Police added that video surveillance footage of the incident would be reviewed during an investigation.
