LYNN-A man was reportedly targeted by a gunman who fired between four to five shots on Newhall Street at approximately 10 p.m. Thursday.Police responded to the area of 36 Newhall St. after neighbors reportedly saw a man shooting at a black male in the street.No one was injured.Neighbors reported hearing four to five shots before the suspect fled toward Broad Street in a gray vehicle, possibly a Honda Accord, according to preliminary police reports.nDan O’Brien
