Peabody kids can get personalized phone calls from Santa Claus

PEABODY-Parents have until Friday, Dec. 14 to request a personalized phone call from Santa to their children.The Peabody Recreation Department offers the service for free, but donations to their Campership Fund are welcomed.To participate, fill out an application form for each child with their name, age, school, gift wish list, and any remarks you’d like Santa to say. For example, “Mommy and Daddy said that you have been a very big help to them this year.” Also, make sure to check off the date you and your child will be home to answer Santa’s call.Phone calls will be made on Dec. 18, 19, and 20 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Messages will be left if the child is not available at the time of the call.Applications are available at the Recreation Department’s Office, 50 Farm Ave., Peabody.
