Chelsea woman holds boyfriend, other woman hostage in Revere drama

REVERE-A Chelsea woman was arrested for kidnapping and assault charges Saturday after she allegedly found her boyfriend with another woman and held them hostage on Fenno Street in Revere.Celia Rodas, 27, of 70 Hawthorne St., Chelsea, somehow got word Saturday morning that her live-in boyfriend, German Quinonez, 27, was spending time with another female, police said.Rodas allegedly found Quinonez with the other woman at a rooming house at 57 Fenno St. shortly before 9:30 a.m.Rodas then used a weapon to assault the female and Quinonez before holding them against their will inside the house.Rodas was eventually taken into custody and charged with kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and assault and battery on a child.Quinonez was also arrested and charged with interfering with police, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
