$50K bail for Saugus man in sex photo case

LYNN-Kyle Fuchs, the 19-year-old Saugus man now jailed for allegedly raping and taking photos of his 14-year-old Swampscott girlfriend and posting them on MySpace.com, was ordered held on $50,000 cash bail during a probable cause hearing Thursday in Lynn District Court.The dollar amount is more of a formality, however, because Fuchs was previously ordered to serve 18 months in prison for a separate indecent assault and battery on a minor case.Fuchs, who lived at 41 Richards St. in Saugus before his arrest, allegedly met the girl on MySpace in April 2006 and they had a sexual relationship until April 2007.In a police report, the victim alleged that Fuchs secretly video taped and photographed her performing sexual acts and posted the material on MySpace.Fuchs was arrested by Swampscott police on Nov. 30 and charged with 11 counts of indecent assault and battery on a child over 14, one count of posing a child in the nude and one count of disseminating materials of a child in the nude.He’s due back in court Feb. 8.
