Marblehead man arrested for pistol whipping teen

MARBLEHEAD-A town man was arrested Wednesday night after he allegedly pistol-whipped another man with a BB gun during an argument at his Green Street home, police said.Thomas L. Davis, 19, of 118A Green St., Marblehead, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon and two counts of threatening to commit a crime.A 17-year-old Marblehead teen was assaulted at the home shortly after he arrived there around 9:30 p.m., according to police.”The reported assault and battery stems from a disagreement among parties known to one another,” Lt. Dave Millet, Marblehead police spokesperson said.Police say Davis brandished the BB gun at the victim before striking him with it.The victim was treated and released from Salem Hospital for his injury.?
