LYNN – A 3-year-old girl succumbed to her injuries Wednesday after a television set fell on top of her at her Lincoln Street home a day earlier, authorities said.Juliana Sarceno died at Mass. General Hospital on Wednesday morning, according to Essex District Attorney Spokesperson Steve O’Connell.”We will await an autopsy to determine the official cause of her death,” O’Connell said.A large group of family and friends gathered at the Sarceno home Tuesday night. Juliana’s parents were too upset to speak with a reporter.Police and firefighters arrived at the Lincoln Street home at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday after Juliana’s mother called 911, police said.Paramedics rushed the girl to MGH after she was found unconscious and having difficulty breathing, according to police.Even though further details of the accident have not been released, authorities say foul play is not suspected.”The incident appears to be accidental,” Lynn Police Lt. Dave Brown said Monday.In Gypsum, Colo., just outside Denver, a 6-year-old boy died Saturday after he climbed onto an entertainment center and pulled a 32-inch television onto himself.
