PEABODY – A construction worker was seriously injured during a job site accident at the North Shore Mall shortly before 2 p.m. Thursday, police said.Steve Pelletier, 53, of Acushnet, was transported to Mass. General Hospital with serious injuries to his legs.”A worker operating a Bobcat ran into another worker injuring his legs,” Lt.
