MARBLEHEAD-Police are investigating several car break-ins that were reported in the Baldwin Road area on Monday morning, police said.Thieves smashed several car windows in order to steal Global Positioning System (GPS) units in the neighborhood, Marblehead police spokesperson Lt. Dave Millet said.”The main target of the breaks and ensuing thefts seem to be GPS units”, Millett said. “It has become abundantly clear that any such items left exposed to the public invite a thief into your car.”Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to contact Detective Sean Brady at 781-631-1212 ext. 657.?
