SALEM – Blake Colella, the Swampscott native serving a 7-to-10-year prison term after being convicted of stabbing a man outside the 7-Eleven in Lynn last year, appeared Tuesday in Salem Superior Court in connection with pending cases.Colella, 25, still has a Lynn heroin case pending along with intimidation of witness cases and a case involving the physical abuse of his live-in girlfriend pending in Superior Court.After conferencing the cases with Judge David A. Lowy, his cases were continued until Jan. 30 for a status review.At that time, defense lawyers Ronald J. Ranta and Lawrence J. McGuire will report to the court on potential pleas on their respected cases involving Colella.In the meantime, Colella remains at the Middleton Jail.
