LYNN – A Lynn woman was arrested and charged with prostitution for the second time in four months after she was caught giving a male customer oral sex in a parking lot off Union Street Monday night, police said.Julie A. Lindner, 23, of 52 Raddin Ave. #3, Lynn, was arrested and charged with prostitution and committing an unnatural act shortly after 11:30 p.m. Monday.Maurice Saimbert, 38, of 174 Western Ave., Lynn, was also arrested and charged with violating the John Law and committing an unnatural act.Lindner did not appear at her scheduled arraignment Tuesday in Lynn District Court and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Saimbert’s arraignment is scheduled for today.Plain-clothed officers who work as part of the Lynn police department’s Special Investigation Unit were patrolling the downtown area in an unmarked vehicle Monday when they saw Lindner walk up to a vehicle that had pulled over on the side of Oxford Street, police said. The vehicle quickly drove off and Lindner began walking toward Union Street, where she met up with a different vehicle that pulled next to her a few minutes later at the corner of Silsbee Street, according to police. After a brief conversation Lindner allegedly got into the vehicle, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which drove around the corner to a parking lot on Ellis Street, police said.Unbeknownst to Lindner and the male driver, police watched the two in the parking lot as the male was leaning across the seat and appeared to be “all over her” and “might have been getting a bit rough with her,” according to a police report. As a result, Lindner allegedly got out of the vehicle and began to walk back toward Union Street. When she got to the road, another vehicle, a blue pick-up truck, pulled over and she got in, police said. The truck then pulled into a well-lit parking lot behind 140 Union St., where police eventually found Lindner performing oral sex on the driver, identified as Saimbert, according to police.Police said Saimbert was cooperative and admitted paying Lindner $20 for oral sex.Lindner was arrested by undercover officers Oct. 10 after they picked her up in the same general area where she was arrested Monday.Following that arrest, she was placed into the court-offered Drug Diversion Program, but was kicked out Jan. 7 for violating its rules.
