LYNN – Police said the driver of a dumpster truck that yanked overhanging wires off a building on Circle Avenue Friday morning has been cited.Michael Connors, 48, of 28 Littletree Lane, Bellingham, was cited for failure to observe proper safety precautions while operating the vehicle.The truck, owned by B.P. Trucking of Ashland, was driving with a dumpster extended in the upright position when it took out overhanging telephone and electricity wires, police said. At one point, wires were pulled out of the Garelick Farms buildings near the corner of Day Street, according to police.No injuries were reported.- David Liscio and Dan O’Brien
