NEC names its swimming all-stars

Caroline Belli and Ted Millett of Marblehead were named female and male Swimmers of the Year, respectively, and Classical’s Tia Murkison took home Diver of the Year honors in Northeastern Conference Swimming All-Star voting.Marblehead, which won the Northeastern Conference title, the NEC meet (overall, boys and girls divisions) and the NEC relays, made it a clean sweep with Susan Guertin taking home Coach of the Year.The other all-stars are Katelyn Kidney, Classical; Will Segal, English; Sam Andler, Omri Bernstein, Melissa Brodie, Stepan Gevorgyan and Breegan Houlihan, Swampscott, and Michael Diaz, Kate Fitzgerald, Kate Jwanowski and Steve Maruzzi, Peabody.Also, Chris Argiros, Caroline Belli, Katherine Foley, Caroline Humphrey, Tessa Merrick, Catherine Rafferty-Millett, Haley Robb, Emily Rookwood, David Traynor and Taylor Wright, Marblehead; Graham Beck, Jared Collins, Dan Crowley, Julianne Hopkins and Maura Wilson, Danvers; Erin Harrington, Kelly O’Connor and Kevin Ranta, Beverly; Kristen Dooley and Maureen Regan, Salem; and Adam Amansour, Revere.
