LYNN – Four Salem High School students were arraigned Tuesday on charges of aggravated rape after they allegedly ganged up on a fellow female student and raped her at a Lynn home late Friday night.Justin J. Louf, 17, of 99 Lawrence St. #2, Salem, Rafael E. Nina-Brito, 18, of 6 Laurent St., Salem, Luis I. Arias, 18, of 38 Salem St. #4, Salem and Harold F. Baltodano, 18, of 55 Baltimore St. #2, Lynn, were each arrested Monday and charged with one count of aggravated rape.Lynn District Court Judge Albert Conlon ordered each suspect held on $10,000 cash bail. As of Wednesday afternoon, only Baltodano had posted bail and was released from prison. The victim, a 17-year-old female student at Salem High, told police her Friday night began when she accompanied a female friend from Lynn to the Lynn English High School basketball game. After the game, the two friends went back to the Lynn girl’s home where they drank Hennessy, according to police. After the victim began to feel the effects of the alcohol, she began calling friends looking for a ride back home to Salem, police said. The victim said she called Baltodano after she couldn’t get a hold of any other friends, according to police.Baltodano then arrived in a vehicle with the three other suspects. The victim got into the vehicle and needed help getting into the car because she was intoxicated, according to police. The victim told police the driver stopped at a couple of locations in Lynn even though she repeatedly said she needed to get home soon or else her mother would get worried, police said.At one point, the men stopped at a location where someone got out of the vehicle and retrieved a bottle of Bacardi, which most of them drank, police said. Then, the group lit up a joint of marijuana in the car and everyone, including the victim, smoked it except for Baltodano, according to police. The victim told police she had never smoked marijuana before but took a drag after being pressured by the men, police said. The group was driving around while the drinking and smoking activities took place, according to police. They arrived at one of the suspect’s houses in Lynn where they all got out of the car and went inside, according to police. Despite the victim’s pleas for someone to drive her back to Salem, the men allegedly told her to come inside “for a little bit,” police said.A police report does not give the exact location of the sexual assault. However, the victim said it was at the home of Nina-Brito, whom she said lives in the area of Baltimore Street, according to police. His address on a police report is listed in Salem.Once inside the home, the victim says she was led into a bedroom with very little furniture other than a mattress on the floor and was told to lie down, police said. While she was on the mattress and began to pass out due to the effects of the drugs, the suspects allegedly began taking the victim’s clothes off before each of them lowered their pants, according to police.Several times during a tape-recorded interview with police transcribed in public court records, the victim said she felt the suspects’ hands “all over” her body. She said they repeatedly tried to force open her mouth in order to receive oral sex, which she refused to do, police said.At one point, the victim said she was penetrated, according to police.During the ordeal, Arias, who stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 310 pounds, allegedly called the victim a “bitch” for not cooperating. The suspects also repeatedly told the victim to keep quiet during the alleged sexual assault, police said. At one point, Arias allegedly put a pillow over the victim’s head while ordering her to be silent. After the alleged assault was over, the suspects drove the victim back to her friend’s house in Lynn, where she had just left a couple of hours earlier, police said.During the drive, the suspects allegedly talked about “picking up another bitch,” the victim said to police.A few hours later, the victim said she noticed blood al
