MARBLEHEAD-Icy roads were blamed for a three-car pile up at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Mohawk Road in Marblehead on Saturday, police said.At about 11:18 a.m., a pedestrian was crossing the intersection in a crosswalk when Andrew Chapman of Marblehead brought his vehicle to a stop for the pedestrian, police said. Chapman’s vehicle was subsequently struck from behind by a tow truck driven by Darrin Robbins of Lynn. The third vehicle, driven by Angela Cook of Salem, struck the rear of the tow truck.The crash resulted in serious vehicle damage to the Volvo belonging to Cook and was towed from the scene. No personal injuries were reported by any of the operators.No one was cited.? Dan O’Brien
