LYNN-Apparently drug dealers come in all shapes and sizes ? and ages.On Saturday around 7:30 p.m., members of the Lynn Police Special Investigations Unit were conducting surveillance outside the Walgreen’s on Western Avenue in response to recent drug transactions that allegedly occurred near the business.It didn’t take long for police to observe a Peabody man allegedly drive into the parking lot and make a drug deal with a Lynn man.Police followed both cars, one of them straight to the home of 77-year-old Isbelo Marrero of 27 Edwards Court, Lynn.Marrero allegedly told police he did not meet anyone in the Walgreens parking lot moments earlier.Police arrested and charged Marrero with distribution of heroin and a drug violation in a school zone.When officer searched Marrero’s home, they didn’t find any additional drugs, police said.The other suspect, Jeffrey D. Clement, 54, of 3 Market St., Peabody, was also arrested and charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and a drug violation in a school zone.Police said two bags of heroin were found in Clement’s pants pocket when he was arrested.
