Women robbed at gunpoint in Lynn driveway

LYNN – Three women were robbed at gunpoint as they exited their car in an Endicott Street driveway Monday night.One of the suspects put the gun inside a woman’s mouth, according to police.At about 8:10 p.m., police rushed to 19 Endicott St. after two black males allegedly robbed the women of cash and jewelry, police said.The suspects got away by hopping over fences through backyards toward Lyman Street, according to police.No arrests were made as of press time.During the attack, one of the victims ran into the basement of a neighbor’s home where she called police from her cell phone.The robbery comes one day after two black males robbed a female cab driver at gunpoint at the corner of Johnson and Lloyd streets, only a few blocks away from Monday’s robbery. No arrests were made in that case either.
