LYNNFIELD – Authorities are tracking down a man who robbed the Eastern Bank on Route 1 Wednesday.The suspect, described as a white man in his early 30s with a goatee, passed a note to the teller before getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.The thief was wearing a black cap when he walked into the bank at about 3:40 p.m. No weapon was shown.Police said the suspect weighed approximately 160 pounds and was wearing a dark colored jacket and jeans.A pair of robbers hit the same Eastern Bank in February and December. The suspects, a man and a woman from Salem, were arrested for those robberies Feb. 12 and suspected in two other bank robberies in Saugus.
