SALEM – A Lynn women who allegedly helped to harbor an alleged holdup man will have to come up with $5,000 cash in order to get out of Framingham Prison for Women, pending trial. In Salem Superior Court Monday morning, Erin McClory, 22, who last lived at 42 Robinson St., Apt. 2, in Lynn, entered her plea of not guilty to a charge of being an accessory after the fact of robbery before Judge David A. Lowy. The judge agreed to set the same bail amount as previously set earlier in district court, but left the door open for a bail review at another court date.Authorities maintain that McClory along with another alleged conspirator, Janelle Anthony, 23, of Peabody, helped to harbor David Uzdavinis, 43, of Salem, after he allegedly went on a three-day crime spree last August.Police accuse Uzdavinis of robbing an undetermined amount of cash at knifepoint from Dee?s Corner Store, at 37 Essex St., in Lynn, on Aug. 6.The next day, he apparently stole cash from the Lucky Seven on Boston Street in Lynn. Two days later, on Aug. 8, authorities say he waived a 10-inch knife as he walked into Spiro?s gas station at 620 Humphrey St., in Swampscott, and demanded money from his former co-worker.Uzdavinis fled the store after grabbing about $60 from the cash register. He was arrested two days later in Salem.Authorities maintain that McClory and Anthony helped to harbor Uzdavinis from police in Swampscott on Aug. 8, knowing he had committed the robberies.McClory next scheduled court date is May 20 for a pretrial conference.
