LYNN – An unidentified Hispanic male in his teens was stabbed in the arm with a machete in the basketball court of the Strawberry Avenue Playground shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, police said.The Lynn Fire Dept. transported the victim to a local hospital where he was treated for a non-life threatening injury.Dozens of people looked on as the victim was treated in the parking lot of the Franco AmVets Post 161 on Western Ave.Police questioned a group of four Asian teenagers at the corner of Boston and Mall streets within minutes of the stabbing.The youths were handcuffed and transported to the police station for questioning.
