LYNN – A 17-year-old girl was transported to the hospital Tuesday after a bicycle was thrown at her head by teens who stole a written prescription from her, police said.Jessica Ravagno of Lynn was transported to Salem Hospital after Officer Roger Tinkham noticed her lying on a Chatham Street sidewalk holding her bleeding head at about 8 p.m., according to police.Police say earlier Ravagno was showing her prescription medicine to a boy who allegedly grabbed the script and ran away. In an attempt to get the prescription back, Ravagno and her 17-year-old boyfriend allegedly went to a Chatham Street house where they believed the suspect was hiding.Once they arrived, Ravagno allegedly got into an altercation with a 13-year-old girl from Lynn. The girl allegedly struck Ravagno with a bicycle in the back of the head.Ravagno’s boyfriend also got into a fight with a 17-year-old Lynn man who allegedly punched and kicked him in the face several times. Police said the boyfriend had swelling on his face but refused medical attention.Police say those involved in the fight have been identified and will be summonsed to court on assault charges.
