LYNN – A Rogers Avenue man allegedly stabbed his roommate Thursday because the victim complained he makes too much noise and brings too many guests into their apartment, according to police.Henry Hernandez, 26, of 52 Rogers Ave., Lynn, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife), domestic assault and battery, intimidation of a witness and possession of a class-B drug.Angel Gerardino, 32, suffered a non-life threatening injury after being stabbed once in the head, police said.”Apparently, Mr. Gerardino complained to the landlord that Mr. Hernandez makes a lot of noise and has many visitors in and out of the apartment,” Lynn police spokesperson Lt. Dave Brown said.Hernandez allegedly confronted Gerardino about the complaint and a fight ensued in the third floor hallway.At some point during the altercation, Hernandez allegedly retrieved two knives from the apartment and stabbed Gerardino.Police said Hernandez threatened Gerardino after police arrived. Officers also found Percocet in Hernandez’ bedroom, police said.
