LYNN – A Broad Street man was ordered held on $50,000 cash bail Tuesday for charges he forcibly raped his 12-year-old foster sister over an 11-month period.Moses Wonsehleay, 23, of 163 Lewis St. #2, Lynn, was arrested Friday night and charged with 18 counts of rape of a child with force and nine counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.Police say the sexual assaults took place when the family lived at 144 South St., but the family recently moved. The victim came forward after Wonsehleay moved out of her home, police said. The assaults allegedly occurred between January and November 2007 at times when other family members were not home. Wonsehleay would allegedly grab the victim and often tell her “be quiet, or else.”The victim said Wonsehleay did not always use a condom during the assaults. She only learned about certain sexual behavior recently in a school sexual education class, according to court documents. In addition to setting the bail, Lynn District Court Judge Albert Conlon ordered Wonsehleay to have no contact with the victim. Wonsehleay is expected back in court May 20 for a probable cause hearing.
