LYNN – A High Street man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly shot at two people in the parking lot of McDonald’s and Johnnie’s Foodmaster on Boston Street, police said.Edwin Hernandez, 27, of 30 High St. #B1, Lynn, was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm without a license and possession of ammunition without a license.Two people were targets of the 8 p.m. shooting, which occurred closer to McDonald’s, but were not hit, police said.Police say the shooting may have arose after a dispute between the two victims, who were living in a home apparently owned by Hernandez.The victims were possibly facing eviction from their Western Avenue home before the shooting occurred, police said.
