LYNN – Two men who were grazed by bullets Sunday on Mall Street after they allegedly committed burglary are scheduled for arraignment today.James Hobert, 19, of 16 Fernwood Ave., Lynn and Richard Dalton, 22, of 514 Eastern Ave., Lynn were arrested and charged with breaking and entering at night and receiving stolen property shortly before 4:30 a.m.Police say the men were breaking into a property when someone shot at them. The bullets grazed one man in the hip and another in the shoulder, police said.”That’s how close they were to getting shot,” said Lynn police spokesman Lt. Ted Blake.Both men declined medical attention.They were scheduled for arraignment Monday in Lynn District Court, but their hearing was delayed due to a high number of cases.
