PEABODY – A fight over a girlfriend ended Saturday with two people stabbed at a Lowell Street home and one man arraigned Monday on an attempted murder charge, authorities said.Freudy Valenzuela, 19, of 41 Walnut St., Peabody, was ordered by Judge James O’Leary held on $25,000 cash bail at his arraignment in Peabody District Court. Valenzuela was charged with attempted murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.Shortly before 3 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a large fight at 197 Lowell St. The disturbance erupted during a large house party after words were exchanged over a woman, police said.The fight started between the woman’s current boyfriend and her ex-boyfriend, according to police, but when other people tried to separate the pair the fight just got worse.In the end, Winston Delacruz and Jonathan Delacruz, both 20 of Lawrence, were taken to the hospital with stab wounds and Kilder Cardona, 20, of 7 Wright St., Peabody was hospitalized after a beer bottle was smashed over his head, according to police.The resident of the home, identified as Rosa A. Marquez, 54, will be summonsed to court for allowing people under 21 to drink alcohol in her house and for keeping a loud and disorderly home.
