REVERE – Two people were arrested Monday for allegedly shooting heroin in the parking lot of Target, police said.Nadeane E. Scalfani, 34, of 700 Huron Ave., Cambridge and Rocco Scalfani, 36, of 15 Waterhouse Road, Stoneham were arrested at about 7 p.m.Police were called to the Furlong Drive parking lot after an employee noticed on a video surveillance camera that someone appeared to be shooting up drugs inside a vehicle, police said.Officers discovered Rocco Scalfani operating the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop when they noticed the vehicle bore New Hampshire license plates that were assigned to a different vehicle, according to police.Police said that both suspects had outstanding warrants and placed them into custody.Officers discovered drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, police said.Rocco Scalfani was additionally charged with possession of a class A drug (heroin), possession of a class E drug, driving with a suspended license and attaching incorrect license plates. Nadeane Scalfani was additionally charged with being knowingly present where heroin is kept.
