REVERE – Police arrested a Winthrop Avenue man Thursday on charges he sexually assaulted a child who lives in his apartment building, police said.Jose Guillermo Reyes, 37, of 69 Winthrop Ave., Revere, was arrested and charged with three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14.Police responded to the apartment building on Thursday for a disturbance when someone informed officers a young girl was allegedly assaulted over the past three weeks.According to Police Capt. Michael Murphy, officers and detectives investigated the claims and arrested Reyes on Thursday at his workplace in Roxbury, where he was working under a false name.
