LYNN – A Lynn man was arrested Thursday after a road rage incident in Hyde Park, Boston police said.Kevin Fulton, 21, was charged with willful and malicious destruction of property.Police say Fulton was crossing River Street around 6:45 p.m. when he started walking slowly.A driver that had stopped his vehicle for Fulton gave his horn a quick honk to try to get him to move faster, police said.Fulton allegedly stopped in front of the car and began yelling at the driver.”Back your car up and go around me!” Fulton allegedly yelled.As the driver slowly put the car into reverse, Fulton approached the vehicle and began pounding on the hood of the car, police said.When officers arrived they found damage to the hood and placed Fulton under arrest, according to police.
