SAUGUS – A longshoreman from Saugus pled guilty Tuesday to falsifying Massport payroll sheets and using false names to collect money, according to the Attorney General’s Office.Shawn O’Donnell, 40, pled guilty to two counts of procurement fraud and two counts of submitting false entries in corporate books in Suffolk Superior Court.Authorities say O’Donnell, who was the chief union timekeeper for the International Longshoreman’s Association, one time wrote in the name of his then two-year-old daughter on a time sheet, identifying her as a driver.Another 10 longshoreman are facing similar charges.The workers loaded and unloaded containers from shops at Massport’s Conley Terminal in South Boston when an extensive criminal investigation was launched in April 2005, authorities said.O’Donnell is scheduled to be sentenced July 31 at 9 a.m. in Suffolk Superior Court.
