Ticketmaster coming to Northshore Mall

PEABODY – Visitors of the Northshore Mall can now toss live entertainment into their shopping bags with the new addition of a Ticketmaster retail outlet.Event information and ticket purchases are now available at Guest Services located on the first floor near JCPenney. Operating hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.”We are thrilled to offer Ticketmaster access as a convenient and value-added service to our customers during their shopping trip to the mall,” said Ronda Ivy McLeod, area director of marketing for Northshore Mall. “This is just another way we work to provide a high-quality, all-encompassing experience that our customers just can’t find anywhere else.”Tickets for local sporting events, concerts, museum exhibits, comedy shows, and theatrical performances are just a sample of what is offered. A lottery system will be used for smooth transactions during the sale of popular tickets. Users may also order their tickets online at www.ticketmaster.com and request pick-up at the mall.The Northshore Mall is among 50 Simon Malls across the country offering tickets through Ticketmaster. The new partnership with Simon Property Group represents Ticketmaster’s biggest mall-based program in the country.
