SAUGUS – On what is turning out to be a dangerous stretch of Lincoln Avenue, a car careened off the road and slammed into another car parked in someone’s driveway Tuesday, firefighters said.The unidentified driver was the only one in the car when it veered off the road, over the sidewalk, through a fence and into a parked car near the intersection of Central Street at about 2:30 p.m.Firefighters said the driver was not seriously injured.Just a few blocks away on July 16, a woman in her 50s crashed her car into a tree – completely uprooting it – outside 370 Lincoln Ave.The worst recent accident came in the early morning hours of Oct. 7 when a car driven by Maria Bouras, 30, of Lynn, was speeding and hit the curb, going airborne before landing in the bedroom of Karen Fabrizio at 142 Lincoln Ave. Fabrizio was seriously injured.
