REVERE – A Revere man was arrested Thursday for OUI after his car rolled over on Endicott Avenue around 1 a.m., police said.Rafael Sanchez, 19, of 68 Pemberton St., Revere, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs and negligent operation of a vehicle.Details of exactly how the crash occurred are being investigated.Police say Sanchez was initially charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and drugs, but amended the charge to just OUI drugs because his blood alcohol level was under the .05 legal limit.
