LYNN – State Police and the Lynn Police Drug Task Force seized a plethora of drugs when they carried out a search warrant Wednesday at a Jackson Street home.Police went into the first floor apartment of 45 Jackson St. around 3 p.m. and subsequently placed resident Patrice K. Jacobs, 35, under arrest on several drugs and weapons possession charges.A police report said officers were granted a search warrant earlier in the day due to an ongoing investigation.Among the items found were a .32 caliber Keltec firearm with four accompanying rounds of ammunition, a magazine clip for a 9mm handgun and six rounds of 9mm ammunition, hallucinogenic mushrooms (officially known as psilocybin), cocaine, marijuana, five Vicodin pills, 108 “unknown” white pills, 34 pills of Klonadine, $430 cash, two cell phones and a digital scale, according to police. Before police began searching, officers woke up Jacobs who was sleeping, police said.
