LYNN – A West Lynn man is in stable condition at Massachusetts General Hospital after being shot three times at 11:01 p.m. Monday.
Police said Seena Mel, 22, was sitting in a first-floor bedroom inside 5 Haddington Place when bullets hit him after coming through a window screen. Mel was shot in the right upper shoulder near his neck, left hip and right buttocks.
Witnesses told police the shooter was wearing a dark ball cap. Lt. “At this time I would not characterize the victim as an active gang member,” Police Lt. William Sharpe said.
